System Components
The automatic dough feeding system includes stacking modules, dough shaping mechanisms, buffer conveyors, incline conveyors, cart rail systems, control systems, and monitoring systems.
Dough Stacking Module
Dough sheets from the sheeter are conveyed to the stacking module for initial forming, then shaped by rollers for standardized dimensions.
Buffer Conveying Module
Bridges the gap between dough sheet conveying and cart pickup, maintaining sufficient dough inventory for continuous operation.
Cart Rail System
The filling rail’s transverse support extends outward with additional support legs, creating a layered compact layout for the dough rail.
